We may disclose data to governmental or regulatory authorities when legally required.
Account & listing data: while your account is active plus 5 years.
Usage logs: 12 months, unless needed for security.
Tax records & invoices: 10 years (MoICT & VAT compliance).
You may access, rectify, erase, object, or withdraw consent by emailing privacy@homefinderbh.com or using the in-dashboard “Data Request” form. Identity verification is required.
TLS 1.3 encryption, server-side encryption at rest, WAF, RBAC, annual penetration tests. No internet transmission is 100 % secure.
