Platform – the website homefinderbh.com and any related mobile services.
User – anyone who accesses the Platform.
Broker/Professional – a licensed real-estate broker, developer or property manager who lists properties through a paid subscription plan.
Listing – any property, project or advertisement published on the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific rules shown on the Pricing pageHome Finder Bahrain. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in Bahrain) and able to form binding contracts. Brokers/Professionals must hold a valid Bahrain Commercial Registration (CR) or equivalent licence.
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
We may request ID, CR copies or power-of-attorney to verify ownership or marketing rights before a Listing is approved.
You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
Accuracy – prices, locations, photos and availability must be correct at the time of posting.
Permissions – do not list a property unless you are the owner or have written authorisation.
No duplicates – identical Listings may be removed.
Updates – you must update or deactivate a Listing within 24 hours after it is sold, leased or withdrawn.
Prohibited content – no misleading claims, discriminatory language, illegal sub-letting, or material that violates Bahraini law.
We may edit, moderate, reject or delete Listings that breach these rules.
Plans, feature limits and billing cycles are described on the Pricing page. Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable except as required by law.
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled via your dashboard at least 48 hours before the end of the current term.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal.
The Platform is an online marketplace only. We are not a party to any sale, lease, reservation or negotiation initiated through the Platform and do not hold deposits or rent on your behalf. All transactions are concluded directly between the relevant parties.
Service and listing fees (where applicable) are displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) exclusive of VAT. Card payments are processed by third-party gateways; we never store full card details.
All Platform code, design, logos and compiled data are owned by Smart Homes Real Estate Solutions W.L.L. or its licensors. You may link to public pages but may not scrape, copy or reproduce content without written consent.
By uploading text, images or data you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for as long as the Listing remains active and for reasonable archival purposes thereafter.
You agree not to:
interfere with site security or functionality;
upload viruses or malicious code;
harvest personal data;
send unsolicited commercial messages through the Platform.
The Platform and all content are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability or fitness for purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising out of your use of the Platform or reliance on any Listing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Homes Real Estate Solutions W.L.L. against any claims, losses or expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) inaccurate or unlawful Listings; or (c) infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove Listings immediately if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard; outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
